www999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Rules

These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "the Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the player, "you", "your") and www999 (operated by the www999 brand, "we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the www999 website at www999.run, including all products, services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other features made available on the platform.

By accessing www999 in any capacity — whether you browse as a guest, register a free account, make a deposit, or place a bet — you are confirming that you agree to these Terms in full. This agreement takes effect the moment you first access the platform and continues until your account is closed.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies that form part of the overall agreement between you and www999, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Where there is any conflict between a supplementary policy and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

www999 is a platform for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any activity on the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. We do not make exceptions for players who are close to 18 — the minimum age applies on the date of registration.

By registering on www999, you are representing and warranting that:

• You are at least 18 years old on the date you create your account.
• You are the person whose details you submit during registration, and those details are accurate and complete.
• You are not using someone else's identity, payment method, or account on www999.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from www999 or any associated platform.
• You are not using www999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

www999 may request identity verification documents at any point. This includes a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. These measures exist to protect minors and are applied without exception.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on www999. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, to circumvent a restriction on your primary account, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

When registering on www999, you must provide accurate information including your real name, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without return of funds if the false information was used to circumvent any platform rule.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your www999 account password. We strongly recommend using a password that is unique to www999 and not used on any other website or app. www999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel — any communication claiming to be from www999 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended for all www999 accounts. Enabling 2FA adds a layer of protection against unauthorised access. If your account is accessed without your authorisation and you have not enabled 2FA, www999's liability for any resulting losses may be limited.

All deposits on www999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer, processed instantly
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer, processed instantly
• NayaPay — digital wallet, processed instantly
• SadaPay — digital wallet, processed instantly
• IBFT — bank transfer, processing time varies by bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card, subject to bank approval

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. www999 does not charge a fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control and are your responsibility to check before depositing.

You may only deposit funds from accounts, cards, or wallets that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third party's payment method — even with their permission — is prohibited. If we identify a third-party funding source, the deposit may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

www999 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for large deposits or where a pattern of deposits raises concerns. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not indicative of any wrongdoing. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until the matter is resolved.

Withdrawals at www999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no stated maximum withdrawal per transaction, though very large withdrawal requests may be subject to a brief manual review for security purposes.

www999 targets withdrawal processing times of under five minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers via IBFT typically complete within a few hours, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These are targets, not guarantees — occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to technical issues with third-party payment networks.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity documents submitted and accepted).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements on your account must be satisfied or the bonus must be forfeited before withdrawal.
• Your account must not be under investigation or subject to a temporary restriction.
• The withdrawal amount must be at least Rs 500.

www999 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, if you make a deposit and request a withdrawal before making any bets, www999 reserves the right to deduct any processing fees that were incurred on the deposit transaction before returning the funds. This measure prevents fee abuse from players who deposit and immediately withdraw without any gaming activity.

www999 offers a variety of promotions including a welcome bonus, seasonal bonuses during PSL and other major events, a refer-a-friend programme, and periodic reload bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.

• One bonus per player: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same welcome bonus will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and crash games may contribute a lower percentage — check the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds: For sports betting wagering requirements, bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering unless otherwise stated.
• www999 Refer a Friend: The referral reward (Rs 1,000 per qualifying referral during standard periods; Rs 1,500 during PSL season) is credited when the referred player completes registration, makes their first qualifying deposit, and places their first real-money bet. Self-referrals and referrals of existing players are not eligible. Referral rewards carry a 1x wagering requirement.

www999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting a bonus, manipulating bonus terms, or engaging in bonus abuse, we may void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.

Sports betting on www999 — including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, football, and other sports — is governed by the following general rules. Individual sport-specific rules supplement these general rules where applicable.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by www999. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, limit the stake on any bet, or limit the winnings from any bet, at our discretion and without being required to give a reason.
• Odds at time of placement: Your bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the time you confirm the bet. If odds change between you selecting a bet and confirming it, the updated odds will be displayed and you can choose to proceed or cancel.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before it reaches its natural conclusion, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific market. For PSL match winner bets, if no result is possible, stakes are returned. Please refer to individual market rules for specifics.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed issue, www999 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect prices. An obviously incorrect price is one that a reasonable person would recognise as an error — for example, odds of 1000.00 on a heavy favourite.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to market suspension periods. During a suspension, new bets cannot be placed. Bets placed and accepted before a suspension are valid. www999 is not liable if you are unable to place a bet due to a market being suspended during a live event.
• Maximum winnings: The maximum payout on a single bet or accumulator from sports betting on www999 is Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees) unless a higher limit is agreed in advance in writing. This cap applies per settlement event.

Casino games, slots, crash games (including Aviator), and live dealer tables on www999 are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, paytables, and RTP (return to player) figures that are available within the game interface. www999 takes no responsibility for errors within individual game software — these are the responsibility of the game provider.

The following general rules apply to all casino and game activity on www999:

• Provably fair crash games: Aviator and other crash games on www999 use provably fair RNG algorithms. The crash point for each round is determined cryptographically before the round begins and can be independently verified by any player. www999 cannot manipulate crash outcomes retroactively.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error within a game, bets placed during the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. www999 will not pay out winnings that arise as a result of a demonstrable software error.
• Disconnection: If your connection to a live game or crash game is interrupted, the round will continue on the server side. If you have set an auto cash-out target, it will execute as set. If you have not set an auto cash-out and your connection drops, your stake will be at risk for the duration of the round. www999 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Maximum winnings — slots and casino: The maximum payout from a single spin or hand in slots and casino games is Rs 1,00,00,000 (one crore rupees) or the game's stated jackpot amount, whichever is higher. Jackpot prizes from progressive jackpot slots are paid in full as published.

• Self-exclusion: Any player can request self-exclusion from www999 at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent are available. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will not be able to re-register until the exclusion period expires (or at all, in the case of permanent exclusion).
• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the increase request.
• Reality checks: Session time reminders are available in account settings. www999 recommends using these for sessions longer than one hour.
• No credit: www999 does not offer credit of any kind. You can only bet with funds that are already in your www999 account balance. We will never allow you to bet beyond your available balance.

www999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform to facilitate illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity or source-of-funds verification.
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims filed against www999 by a player.
• At the player's request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

When an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, www999 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, forfeiture of the balance may apply. The player will be informed of the outcome of the investigation and their options for appeal.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on www999 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI-assisted tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that mimics human behaviour.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion with other players — for example, coordinating in live casino games or crash games to exploit betting patterns in a way that is unfair to other players.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account, with or without their permission.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the www999 platform, its servers, or its game software.
• Using www999 to launder money or convert funds from illegal sources into withdrawable PKR.
• Making fraudulent deposits — for example, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Abusing the chargeback or dispute resolution process of payment providers to recover funds legitimately lost through betting activity.

www999 collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of operating the platform, verifying identity, processing payments, preventing fraud, and communicating about account activity and promotions. By registering on www999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is stored securely on servers with bank-grade encryption and access controls.
• www999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) for the sole purpose of processing your transactions.
• You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and to request correction of inaccurate data.
• Account closure does not automatically result in data deletion — records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and internal compliance requirements.

All content on www999 — including the platform name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and any other material — is the intellectual property of www999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the www999 platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from www999 without written permission.
• Use the www999 brand, logo, or name in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content or data from the www999 platform.
• Create derivative works based on www999 content.

www999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, www999's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• www999 is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform that are indirect, consequential, or incidental — for example, loss of anticipated profits from betting outcomes.
• www999 is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, force majeure events, or regulatory changes.
• www999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits www999's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own negligence.

www999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and by displaying a notice on the platform. The effective date of the updated Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the page.

Your continued use of www999 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.

www999 also reserves the right to amend specific game rules, betting limits, payment method availability, bonus terms, and promotional offers at any time. These changes may take effect immediately without prior notice unless applicable law requires otherwise. It is your responsibility to check for updates before each session if you require the most current information.
